• Will: Joseph's will was signed 29 Aug 1728 and probated 16 Feb 1730 in Bristol County, Massachusetts. Joseph's wife was not mentioned indicating that she died before his will was written. Children listed were 3 sons: Daniel, Joseph & John Barney; 4 daughters: Esther, Sarah & Anne Barney (all under 18 & unmarried) and Elizabeth the wife of Joseph Mason. Sons Daniel, Joseph & John were executers. The will was witnessed by Seth Bullock, Squier Bullock & James Bowen. 1755
