• Residence: Bef 1929, West Broadway, Madisonville, Hopkins County, Kentucky. 2910 When Lee died in 1929, they were living on West Broadway in Madisonville so they moved there sometime between 3 Jan 1920 (when the census was taken) and 23 Apr 1929. The house number at that time and when Samantha died in 1944 was 704. In 2005, there were no structures in what would be the 700 block of W. Broadway. Lee & Samantha's house had been renumbered 440.
