Death Notes: James died sometime before 7 Apr 1828 as Livingston County estate records show that Delinda Weeks, widow & relict of James Weeks dec'd was granted letters of administration of her late husband's estate on that date.

James married Delinda YOUNGER, daughter of Nehemiah YOUNGER and Hannah OSBORN, ca 1811 in Ohio County, Virginia. (Delinda YOUNGER was born bet. 1790 and 1794 and died ca 1834.)
• Residence: 1821, Pope County, Illinois. 1910 James and Delinda Weeks appear to have been living in Pope County, Illinois according to a document signed by them on 15 Feb 1821 authroizing James' father, Job Weeks, to act on their behalf in collecting Delinda's inheritance from her father's estate in Washington County, Pennsylvania. [It's also possible that the document was done in Pope County because that was where Job Weeks was living. |
